In general, this is what you'll need to start a web store:
»A domain name - www.yourcompany.com
»A place to host your domain name. Hosting Service.
»A shopping cart system.
»A designer to build your website. Web Designer (me)
»Someone to maintain your website. Webmaster (you)
»A way to accept
online payments.
Now lets break these steps down into manageable chunks. You will be responsible
for doing these three things.

Domain name
This is your www.***.com. Good names are
getting harder and harder to get. You may have to do some preliminary searches
to see if your selection has already been registered, and if it has~ plan to
spend some time searching until you find the name that is right for you.
You will have a choice of how long you want to register the name, with the
minimum time being one year. When you have decided, go ahead and register the
name. I recommend doing your search and registration at GoDaddy. The
registration is affordable, your admin panel is easy to manage, and they offer
great support. Make sure you write down your LogIn name and Password, you will
need to go back later and change the DNS...don't worry, I will give you
instructions for this part later.

Hosting
If you want ecommerce and online selling capabilities, and you don't have thousands of
dollars to spend on it, I recommend Wahmservices. I have worked exclusively with

WebDesigner
You have completed the steps above, and now you are ready to
build your own store! Congratulations!!! Now you can decide what to purchase
from me, and I will take over. Then in less than a week, you will have a fully designed, full functioning store. Get ready to add
your products and start selling! (I will also provide you with a website
orientation and step-by-step guide to preparing for your first sale! )
I offer four design plans. Each will give you a
full-functioning, fully designed, ready to stock e-store. Read through my 4 choices, and find the one that will work best for you. All
four plans have the same goal and the same final result. The plans differ in
price by the amount of custom requests. Domain registration and hosting costs
are not included in my prices. Those fees would be paid directly to your domain
registrar (godaddy) and your hosting provider (wahmshoppes).

- Ready Made E-Store
You will find some great deals on ready made designs. Select the design that
fits your budget, and style! If you don't see something you like, please check
back often, I will be adding new designs frequently. This is the easiest way to
choose a website design, because you can see before you buy! Also the least
expensive way, with full ready to sell stores starting at $400. And don't
forget to check the Bargain Bin (find that on my What's
New Page), occasionally I will reduce a price to move out the old and
make room for the new!

You have
your own logo, illustration, photo, graphic, business card, or clip art? I
will extract the colors, make a complimenting color pal, and design a
website that will match and compliment your logo. Semi-custom idea, your

- Design Your Own E-Store
Ok, you have your own ideas,
you would like to select your color, font and layout? Then let's
design your own e-store. Select from the available choices only. A fun way
to design a unique site, with your own flavor! (2-3 color design combos
only) Choose your layout, font, color combo, and options. Prices start at
$400.

- Custom WebStore
The other 3 options won't work for you? Lets discuss a custom design. 100%
made-to-order. You can submit a diagram if you wish, and I will build to your
specs. Or tell me your ideas and I will develop a plan and quote. Most
custom quotes start at $600-$800. Free estimate.

- Any WebStore
Many clients that come to me are confused about
what they need. All of my plans include the full e-commerce website and
design. This is much more than just a website. In a regular website you have
products that just sit there and look pretty, or they may link to a payment
system or link to an order form etc. That is just a website. If you want to
make instant sales online ~directly from your website, with a built in
shopping cart system, and automatic invoicing, and instant sales, then you
want more than just a website. You are looking for an e-store, which is a
website with e-commerce capabilities, or also known as a webstore. When you
are looking for a designer, make sure they are not giving you a quote for a
"website" when you actually want an "e-store". I have many clients that have
come to me complaining about other designers, because they ended up with
"just a website", or they have gotten quotes for a "just a website". An
ecommerce system or an e-store requires installing a shopping cart
system...as different as apples and oranges.

WebMaster
That is one of the greatest features of using my system, you will learn to
be your own webmaster, thus saving thousands of dollars! After the setup, I will provide you with
an admin panel, an orientation, a step-by-step guide, wahmshoppes flash
tutorials~ all free! ...and I am always available for free email support. Then if you need
additional help with your product setup, I can recommend a tutor, a coach, or a
personal trainer. I also make "house calls" for an additional fee. |

Payment Processor
You will need a way to collect money online. You can use a credit
card processor, a payment gateway etc, but there is no need for that extra
expense and work. Paypal will be integrated into your e-store for instant
payment. To accept credit cards through paypal, you will need a premier or
business paypal account. Just enter your paypal address in the store and your
sales will be automatically deposited into your paypal account. EASY! |
Extras
I do not provide marketing, domain name registration, SEO (search engine
services), or product setup, but I will be happy to refer you to someone who
specializes in any of these areas. I do provide logo, illustration, and banner
